Quality ingredients, expertly simple, always sustainable

Fish Union has changed. What started as ‘fishmonger first restaurant second’ became ‘restaurant first and fishmonger second’. And in 2025 it became Fish Union Bar & Grill, a beautiful restaurant, cocktail bar and kitchen with an extended menu with not just fish, but also meat and vegetarian dishes. However, our focus on sustainability and quality will still be at the fore of everything we do.
