Our story

Fish Union, located in Royal Parade, Chislehurst, was founded by renowned chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts, previously of J-Sheekey’s and Wright Brothers. Our commitment to both excellence and sustainability drives us to offer carefully prepared, ingredient-led dishes that won’t cost us the planet. Starting as a fishmonger, we evolved into a restaurant and fishmonger and, following a full refurbishment in 2025, transformed into a stunning restaurant and bar.

If like us you love summer, this is the most exciting seasonal dinner in the calendar!

26th March marks the coming of Spring to Fish Union…and you’re invited!

Enjoy an expertly crafted Spring menu whilst learning about the season’s best ingredients, foraging and cooking ideas.

Arrival from 6pm, the evening will begin at 7pm

Our fresh fish and chef-prepared dishes are available for pre-order throughout 2026. Christmas may be over but you can still enjoy the ultimate meal with friends at home!
