Our story
Fish Union, located in Royal Parade, Chislehurst, was founded by renowned chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts, previously of J-Sheekey’s and Wright Brothers. Our commitment to both excellence and sustainability drives us to offer carefully prepared, ingredient-led dishes that won’t cost us the planet. Starting as a fishmonger, we evolved into a restaurant and fishmonger and, following a full refurbishment in 2025, transformed into a stunning restaurant and bar.

What We Offer
Oyster Masterclass & Dinner
Join us on October 29th for a guided oyster tasting followed by Dinner. Try your hand at shucking while learning how geography, tide and season influence flavour, and hear fascinating stories about the oysters’ role in history and cuisine.
Arrival from 6pm, the evening will begin at 7pm.
Tickets are just £55 and include Masterclass followed by Dinner.
Live Music
Anyone who knows Fish Union knows that music is important to us. And as we head into autumn and winter we will continue to bring some of our favourite musicians, along with new faces, to Chislehurst.
Our live music evenings continue on Thursday 8th October with acoustic sets in the restaurant from 6:30pm.

Our fresh fish and chef-prepared dishes are available for pre-order throughout 2026. With Christmas on the way this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the ultimate meal with friends at home – with minimal effort!
