If you enjoy eating fish but don’t feel confident in preparing or cooking it, then our Private Cooking class is for you.
One of our expert chefs will give you a private masterclass in your own home where you will learn tips and tricks and will be shown how to prepare and cook the best fresh fish for a delicious, simple main course that you can then recreate time and time again.
You bring the sides and the wine, we will source the freshest, seasonal fish and bring the knowledge.
This experience is for six – eight people available on Friday and Saturday night only.
Duration: 90 minutes.

Two Fish Union experts will create the ultimate dinner party in the comfort of your own home for you and your guests whilst you sit back and relax. You will enjoy a delicious three course meal alongside a masterclass where you will discover top tips for preparing and cooking your seafood. It’s the ultimate dinner party experience.
