Our story
Fish Union, located in Royal Parade, Chislehurst, was founded by renowned chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts, previously of J-Sheekey’s and Wright Brothers. Our commitment to both excellence and sustainability drives us to offer carefully prepared, ingredient-led dishes that won’t cost us the planet. Starting as a fishmonger, we evolved into a restaurant and fishmonger and, following a full refurbishment in 2025, transformed into a stunning restaurant and bar.

The Italiano Job
Richard & Andy go Italian!
Recently we asked the question “which is better – Italian or Greek cuisine?”
On the last Thursday of September we will be teaming up with Royal Parade legend Felice from Due Amici to decide just that!
Richard and Andy will be working with Felice to curate a menu like no other – Italian dishes, flavours and ingredients with the chefs’ own added touches and interpretations woven in (Under Felice’s watchful eye!)
September 24th 2026, 6pm arrival for 7pm dinner Tickets are just £55 and include a 4-course dinner.

Our fresh fish and chef-prepared dishes are available for pre-order throughout 2026. Christmas may be over but you can still enjoy the ultimate meal with friends at home!
