Our story

Fish Union, located in Royal Parade, Chislehurst, was founded by renowned chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts, previously of J-Sheekey’s and Wright Brothers. Our commitment to both excellence and sustainability drives us to offer carefully prepared, ingredient-led dishes that won’t cost us the planet. Starting as a fishmonger, we evolved into a restaurant and fishmonger and, following a full refurbishment in 2025, transformed into a stunning restaurant and bar.
