Fish Union is committed to providing our customers with fresh fish and seafood that is transparent, traceable and sourced from well-managed fisheries, that is responsibly produced and harvested.

Our fishmonger is led by trained and experienced chefs. That means that not only can we prepare your fish to your liking, we can also advise you on how best to cook it.

Our fishmonger is open Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 4pm, so do pop by to choose your fish, drop us an email or give us a call and speak directly with our friendly team to pre-order.
